The move in process was a breeze, Ben at Liss had everything in line and even supported me post move in. The community is very safe and private, we zero concerns regarding this. Neighbors seem to be very respectful when it comes to most things that would affect the community, including noise & trash. For those that commute (one of the main factors for me), you can walk to the Somerton station in under 10 mins, bike is even faster.
